Rebecca Cohn Auditorium: The Cohn is Halifax’s largest soft-seat theatre (capacity 1041). It is located at 6101 University Avenue on Dalhousie University campus. The Company House: The Company House is Halifax’s preeminent singer-songwriter venue. Hosting five or more nights of live music a week, The Company House is a integral part of the vibrant Halifax music scene. Located at 2202 Gottingen Street, the Company House has a capacity of 140 and is a 19+ venue.  The Company House is general admission.  Tickets for IDOW events at the Company House are available at all regular IDOW outlets.

FRED: FRED is a staple in the North End of Halifax for great food and entertainment. Located at 2606 Agricola Street, FRED has a capacity of 100 and is a 19+ venue.  FRED is a general admission venue. Tickets for IDOW events at FRED are available at all regular IDOW outlets.

Bus Stop Theatre: The Bus Stop Theatre is a black box theatre that the festival transforms into an intimate music venue with a capacity of 125. Located directly across the street from The Company House at 2213 Gottingen Street, the Bus Stop Theatre is a 19+ venue with general admission.  Tickets for IDOW events at the Bus Stop Theatre are available at all regular IDOW outlets.

St. Patrick’s Church:  St. Patrick’s Church is an historic church in Halifax’s Nor End. Located at 2267 Brunswick Street near the corner of Cornwallis, St. Patrick’s Church has a capacity of 500.  It is within walking distance of all of the festival venues. Limited parking is available on-site and is supplemented by street parking.  Tickets for IDOW events at St. Patrick’s Church are available at all regular IDOW outets.
