Passes

Friends of the Festival and Festival Passes are ONLY available online through this website.  Full Day passes are available through Ticketweb.ca.

Prior to January 15, 2010 we will accept cheques by mail if you prefer not to use the PayPal system but would like to purchase one of these passes or support the festival as a Friend. Please email Heather Gibson for more details and to make arrangements.

 PASSES WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE PRIOR TO THE FESTIVAL.  NO PASSES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE DOOR.

Friends of the Festival: $295 (HST included): SOLD OUT

Friends of the Festival is a program designed for individuals and businesses in the community who are avid supporters of acoustic music in our community.  Friends of the Festival supporters ensure independent, emerging music is a large part of our festival.   By joining the Friends of the Festival, your support goes directly towards helping showcase artists and music in Halifax.

A limited number of Friends of the Festival 2009 packages are available for only $295 each. (Packages expire on December 1, 2010.) Friends of the Festival receive:

  • a full Friend of the Festival pass ($313.50 value)
  • guaranteed entry into all festival events: Even when they’re sold out, we’ll always save room for you. If you want to be able to wander from show to show and not worry about standing in line, or getting in for that matter, this pass is for you.
  • head of the line entry to all festival events
  • entry into the private launch party on Tuesday, January 26 and the closing party on January 30, 2010
  • recognition of your support at all festival performance venues
  • recognition of your support on this website

Festival Pass: $250 (HST Included)

A limited number of Festival Passes are available for only $250 each.  Festival Passes include:

  • guaranteed entry into all festival events prior to 7:45pm after which time pass holders gain entry on a first come, first serve basis if space permits.
  • head of the line entry to all festival events
  • INCLUDES the private launch and closing parties.
